Some may not know that this equipment is not just available to residents of the apartments. Others can have access to these areas by working out with one of the trainers from The Next Step Fitness, which operates out of the training rooms in the Clubhouse of the Residences at Carmel City Center.
The Next Step Fitness fills a unique niche compared to other physical training businesses in that it seeks to fill the gap between physical therapy and personal training. The trainers at the Next Step Fitness all have degrees in exercise science and kinesiology. They are qualified to help ease your aches and pains with rehabilitative touch as well as offer personal training to help you to achieve your fitness goals.
Owner Jeff Sidwell said he plans to take full advantage of his location in Carmel City Center to offer outdoor group classes with a view of the Palladium and running clubs on the Monon Greenway.
