“T’was the Night” at Carmel City Center

On Saturday, November 17, the retailers and restaurants at Carmel City Center will be holding a “T’was the Night” late night holiday shopping event from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND, Tim Wright at Carmel City Center

Back by Popular Demand! Tim Wright of the Wright Brothers Band will perform at Carmel City Center again on Tuesday, August 21st. His first performance will be on the outdoor patio of Mangia! from 6-7:45 p.m. After, he will do a second performance on the Hubbard & Cravens outdoor patio from 8-9:30 p.m.

Tim Wright is most famous for performing with the Wright Brothers. He is also known for a voice as nimble as his fingers. He’ll move from singing in a Garth Brooks twang to a James Taylor song that when you close your eyes, you’d swear you were at a James Taylor concert, all the while picking a seemingly endless succession of stringed instruments: banjo, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, dobro, and pedal steel.

Mangia! and Hubbard & Cravens are located on the interior of Carmel City Center, located on the southwest corner of Rangeline Road and City Center Drive. Known as “Indiana’s Band,” the Wright Brothers have performed together for 40 years. In addition to performing throughout the United States and Canada, their resume is impressive. They did the soundtrack for and appeared in the MGM movie Overboard, starring Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. Nine singles have hit Billboard’s charts. Carmel Art & Design District: Art of Wine

Once a year wineries across Indiana gather together to share the beauty of fine wines and what better way to pair it than with unique art! The annual Art of Wine will be happening on Saturday, July 14th in the Carmel Arts & Design district from 5-10 p.m. With live music from the up and coming band, Scars 45, the Art of Wine is a perfect way to spend some time with family and friends. Just a few minutes from the Arts & Design District, Carmel City Center restaurants divvy, Hubbard & Cravens and Mangia! are all great places to dine with their carefully selected list of wines to try before heading to the wine tasting event!
